The everyday survival in Moria

In the beginning of 2020, I spent about two weeks in Moria refugee camp in Lesvos, Greece. My primary role there was as a registered nurse, but also spent some time walking around in camp, talking to people and photographing.

I was stuck by how people lived on fine line between working very hard to ensure their basic needs of food, shelter and security, and at the same time their daily life went on as anywhere else.
